Considerations of Our Constitution: The Federalist Papers           October 30, 2020

In furtherance of God’s Kingdom and our government, I am presenting some published historical records of conversation and consideration of the principle or moral value and representation of our Constitution before being ratified, The Federalist Papers. I have taken from this introduction in Wikipedia that I am glad the Bill of Rights was added to our Constitution. It reinforces or strengthens the importance of their meaning to life. And that, given the nature of the power/influence of government over societies, the checks and balances protocol was and may still be needed for preventing some kind of authoritarian control of our government. But, I still like to think of it, mainly, as a way to prevent human error and cause discussion and deliberation. And finally, Alexander Hamilton’s insight of human prosperity as a result of government for and by the people with his words, as I interpret them, ‘(government is) the greatest of all reflections on human nature’. I very much believe in this and have made it part of my work to promote or further God’s Kingdom. The authors of these papers were men who considered their belief in the principles of God as recorded by Humanity would prevail over the struggle of Humanity with good and evil.

The Federalist Papers is a collection of 85 articles and essays written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay under the collective pseudonym “Publius” to promote the ratification of the United States Constitution. The collection was commonly known as The Federalist until the name The Federalist Papers emerged in the 20th century.
The first 77 of these essays were published serially in the Independent Journal, the New York Packet, and The Daily Advertiser between October 1787 and April 1788.[1] A compilation of these 77 essays and eight others were published in two volumes as The Federalist: A Collection of Essays, Written in Favour of the New Constitution, as Agreed upon by the Federal Convention, September 17, 1787 by publishing firm J. & A. McLean in March and May 1788.[2][3] The last eight papers (Nos. 78–85) were republished in the New York newspapers between June 14 and August 16, 1788.
The authors of The Federalist intended to influence the voters to ratify the Constitution. In Federalist No. 1, they explicitly set that debate in broad political terms:

It has been frequently remarked, that it seems to have been reserved to the people of this country, by their conduct and example, to decide the important question, whether societies of men are really capable or not, of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend, for their political constitutions, on accident and force.[4]

Federalist No. 10 is generally regarded[by whom?] as the most important of the 85 articles from a philosophical perspective. In it, Madison discusses the means of preventing rule by majority faction and advocates a large, commercial republic. This is complemented by Federalist No. 14, in which Madison takes the measure of the United States, declares it appropriate for an extended republic, and concludes with a memorable defense of the constitutional and political creativity of the Federal Convention.[5] In Federalist No. 84, Hamilton makes the case that there is no need to amend the Constitution by adding a Bill of Rights, insisting that the various provisions in the proposed Constitution protecting liberty amount to a “bill of rights”. Federalist No. 78, also written by Hamilton, lays the groundwork for the doctrine of judicial review by federal courts of federal legislation or executive acts. Federalist No. 70 presents Hamilton’s case for a one-man chief executive. In Federalist No. 39, Madison presents the clearest exposition of what has come to be called “Federalism”. In Federalist No. 51, Madison distills arguments for checks and balances in an essay often quoted for its justification of government as “the greatest of all reflections on human nature.” According to historian Richard B. Morris, the essays that make up The Federalist Papers are an “incomparable exposition of the Constitution, a classic in political science unsurpassed in both breadth and depth by the product of any later American writer.”[6]
On June 21, 1788, the proposed Constitution was ratified by the minimum of nine states required under Article VII. Towards the end of July 1788, with eleven states having ratified the new Constitution, the process of organizing the new government began.

Laws and Judgements

I think what this current Administration is saying is that because of the way our government(s) are organized, the federal government can not help states with Covid-19. Apparently, they can not even distribute our own money to help ill people and prevent more from becoming ill.

They can, however, control immigration so that we are not burdened with that. They can commandeer National Guards. They can refuse existing monetary aid to states or their local governments. They can change the tax code. They can negotiate and/or associate with less than government entities using federal offices. They can use commercial entities (free press) to promote ideas. But because we are a federation (union, alliance, coalition) we cannot aid state governments with a pandemic while people are losing lives.

I think we are going to have to change our constitution’s nature, charter, statute, decree, (or something) and the Declaration of Independence and Abraham Lincoln’s words at the Gettysburg Address in 1863 where and when he said,

‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.’

before this Law and Order Administration can lawfully act on our behalf, as citizens die.

Laws are rules, regulations, decrees, principles, Commandments, theories, rulings, established by (invested or elected) authority, society, or custom.

I believe this Administration has an issue with judgement (discernment, wisdom, intelligence, good sense, and appraisal) when interpreting and/or applying our laws, especially governing, which is why they are trying to stack our courts with judges who have predetermined judgements. It is my belief that judges of our courts should follow the historical and spiritual interpretation of our Constitution and laws and apply them to todays happenings, activities, undertakings, endeavors, and experiences. It is not without notice that the spirit and/or beliefs of the Bible, theology(ies), was incorporated into our Constitution which is often referred to as, like the Bible, living,  as is Life and God. All of our branches of Government are supposed to further our Federation and take oaths to do so. It is my belief that our courts and Supreme Court must interpret the spirit of our laws as intended.

As Humanity evolves by using and implementing the Laws of God commonly written by Humanity in the literature (doctrine) of Theologies (divinity, mysticism, holiness, doctrine), we will attain God’s Kingdom.

The World Economy: An American Perspective

America should not blame the rest of the world, especially Asia, for the decline of American products on our shelves. There is a World Economy naturally evolving and societal economic changes occurring. America’s decline of it’s own market share, in my opinion, was a result, in large part, of the invention and rise of the computer. People, all kinds of people, that may have had previous ambitions of endeavors including farming flocked to this new technology to learn and earn more money.

This invention created an industry which has been evolving, growing and developing, for more than forty years. It, in my opinion, was the fastest expansion of industry witnessed by man so far. The calculator and space technology also come to mind. There are still and always will be great opportunity in technology work.

We should be grateful for other countries ability to adapt and grow and develop themselves with lower technology goods that were needed by the void created by a great American Economic Transition, once again by invention, like the automobile. These countries were able to fill the gaps of the World while creating wealth and prosperity for themselves. And continuing to provide for societies of even less resources. Now, most of them are already competitive in the high tech industry or nearly so. Let us not forget what capitalism is and can do and why nearly every nation on Earth has adopted it or has allowed some form of it. It is basically, who can provide for the least cost. This is often achieved by what is called scaling, becoming large enough to reduce costs while not losing quality or service; even, as many have, improving quality and service. Most of American Industries, all kinds, that have survived the past forty years have taken great advantage of this. Much through technology. I don’t have a lot of money and find it amazing what I can get for it in America, as many immigrants do as well. But we still have inequality and poverty, poor housing, gangs, poor health, and lack of other rights to prosperity.

Our industries, our endeavors to improve our health and well being, prosperity, will continue to evolve, (change, grow, and develop) within our own America and as we transition into a greater World Economy. We should never stop considering foreign markets ability to serve themselves, however, in a quest for World prosperity and sustainability. We should not dominate where it does not serve a society and it’s people well. We should share hospitality, service, and wisdom or guidance.

The United States of America, more than any other Society, has had many and great changes since her inception which have been very stressful. America can be a stressful society to live and engage in. Buying American and urging and supporting companies, including banks, to support and service America can help America. Perhaps marketing abroad the heritage products of America we are known for and proud of would be good and simply producing more things in America. Niche and local markets still hold much opportunity in America. In my opinion, the most opportunity for making money and creating more prosperity lies with African Americans and immigrants. And small to medium size businesses of all races including startups with efficient, proficient, inexpensive capital and support. These could lead to large enterprises. Also, if you want to see Life portrayed and unfold, America’s media is the place to be. I see great opportunity for growth and support of this industry in many societies. As it is very closely related to Life and involves much knowledge to present, it is not always an easy industry to launch into. But over the last decade or so it has become easier. Communications and commercial transportation may be good industries for growth and development in many areas of the World. Materials and support for housing and infrastructure and Heating, Ventilation, and Cooling will expand. The trades also have good if not great opportunities.

The necessity of rising wages for a majority of workers in America, in a society (low to middle class), will increase the needed prosperity within the families and within communities and within the state and within our federal government. But inflation will have to be kept in check, managed. This is best done by our industries themselves with aid from our government. This is by the way a result of increasing prosperity in America and the World. America will probably need to continue to lead Economic Prosperity which applies Economic pressure on developing societies and she is the best at measuring and managing stress in a society and bringing aid.

Our government services are inadequate in large part because our government has not maintained a tax alignment with the industries of our society, with our endeavors. Yes, we have spent a lot of money on our security and the security of others, but as I have written, we have done so, by and large with the blessings of the World and out of necessity of survival.

Much of our economic depression(s), even low-grade, can be attributed to the value of the different currencies in the World and, as I see it now, this will have to change, perhaps causing some problems though it already does. This is something The World, Humanity, should learn to manage and progress steadily as well, like she has freedom and prosperity. Our gained knowledge will aid when significant obstructions appear.

Before Covid-19, Government data was indicating good growth and little unemployment and a need for more labor, which is most often provided by immigration, to accomplish growth, maintenance, and development. While needed regardless, increased maintenance may be a sign of failing infrastructures, their components, and those endeavors which support them.

I will add, fraud reduction or elimination would improve Economies greatly in many respects not the least of which is psychological and physiological. Dollar for dollar the savings can’t be beat.

This World Economy, as societies, has been evolving since humanity became capable of transporting goods to their advantage, prosperity. Surplus, better design or materials, beauty and more all come into play when a trade or purchase is being considered by participants. Let us continue to allow our natural endeavors and lives to flourish while increasing freedom, liberty, and justice for all. Let’s work toward eliminating poverty.

Use search engines, social media, television, schools, coworkers and friends and family to perhaps narrow down and find what your looking for either here in America or abroad. Take your time and enjoy your journey, you never know what may suddenly appear in your life as your life’s work, a passion or calling, or be part of it.

The Sun provides most of the energy for Life on Earth.

The Sun creates or enables growth and development of living organisms by providing energy to uptake the Earth’s elements for nutrition. Through activity of live plant cells nutritious food is created incorporating the Earth’s elements with biologically or organically made molecules .We consume or eat this food breaking the bonds created by the plant producing heat and releasing nutrition and energy for growth and development. This creates ecosystems or environments within the cells and their surroundings which efficiently uses water, the carrier of most nutrients, to uptake the nutrients (elements). Decay of these organically made molecules also increases the ability and efficiency of the uptake of the elements naturally returning to Earth for recycling. Living organisms naturally sustain and improve their environments or ecosystems just by living, creating and maintaining beauty and prosperity in the World. Humans, I believe, will soon make a giant leap forward by improving their care of the environment.

The Sun’s energy is also captured and stored by plants and released by us by combustion (burning) to provide energy that we can utilize as needed like heat and electricity. Coal is a very good example of a decomposed plant material which stores energy for heating and producing electricity. Wood or trees is a good live or raw plant material used for energy.

The Sun also brought us together, enabling our societies to grow and develop and eventually guiding culturally diverse societies together by enabling navigation and thus movement of several natures like hiking, boating, and eventually, flying.

We measure stored energy in building materials for construction so that it carries or transfers the load or weight back to earth while remaining in construct, intact.

I believe, the Sun, Our Sun, will continue to increase prosperity in our World by us continuing to use it’s energy more cleanly and efficiently and allowing ecosystems and environments to remain more completely intact, natural, with all of their components. We will save energy especially in the form of heat as a result of breaking bonds of stored energy by combustion and heat trapped by the byproducts of burning fossil fuels. Both contributing to global warming. And, our water will be cleaner.

In my opinion, there are or will also be great opportunities in food production systems, flood or excess rain accumulation management, and waste water management. This should also increase the quantity of clean water for life’s consumption. Increasing the quantity of water available and it’s quality will also, in my opinion, increase or make more efficient the elements available to plants and thus humans; the elements which also enable life in on Earth.

I believe the past sixty or more years of exploring and interacting with nature will be included in literature as of a period of Enlightenment and will culminate in a period of Renaissance where we implement what we have learned and experienced and enjoy more of the prosperity Nature and God’s Kingdom brings and provides. This Renaissance period will also be marked once again by Humanism.

Voting For The Future

Voting for the Future     October 26, 2020

Well, the word is, and I believe, that we are deciding on the very nature of America, if we should direct our time and money to division, civil war, and isolationism and really no future (life) but war. I’m advocating for life and the future.

As I have written before, I believe we are experiencing civil unrest which could turn into something closer to actual civil war with many regional fronts and endeavors or industry and perhaps more involvement of foreign fighters. It is essentially a war of terrorism and hatred. It’s goal is to end the work of good and prosperity in the World which means good people and the good work they do and have done including their governments.

I believe many in America have already begun another movement for liberty and justice for all and this won’t be supported by a Trump Administration as evidenced by much illegal and immoral activity on his behalf and even by his own public commands or suggestions or recommendations. In fact, this movement was catapulted by the influence and control of this administration on our branches of government from local to federal and radical organizations.

There is really no question in my mind that this war, which I have called The UnSpoken Holy (World) War will have to be fought no matter who is elected President of the United States of America. However, a Joe Biden Administration would serve America better, utilizing our government and resources to serve the people and all of their needs.

The misinformation, disinformation, personal attacks, and turn on words used by this four year campaign has left us in much need of the prosperities and benefits of our past and present good work and leaves little room for good visions of the future while this administration remains. Sometimes, so help me God, I see no future at all except war until this administration has been removed and the damages caused by them repaired. This repair, I believe, won’t take too long and can coincide with furthering our lives and economy. It seems we have much to catch up on concerning the control or management of Covid-19.

The Covid-19 virus really is preventing us from carrying out our lives and the functions of our Society. Diseases have been used in our history to impede the progress of good people and societies and I have found no other reason(s) to believe this is not why this administration does very little to manage/control this virus.

I have and have tried to look the other way and find good to live and work for since this administration took over and we now have the opportunity to curtail and reverse this movement (campaign) and repair the damages by Voting.
